Welcome to NetSmart. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our educational offerings on Smart Internet Usage Education. By registering for or purchasing any of our services, infoproducts, or goods, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NetSmart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines posted in connection with specific programs.
2. Services, Infoproducts and Goods
2.1 Live Workshops and Coaching Services
NetSmart offers interactive online workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at improving safe and effective internet usage. Scheduling, duration, and scope of these services will be detailed in your enrollment confirmation.
Non-Refundable: Due to allocated instructor time and reserved resources, fees for live workshops and coaching are non-refundable. However, you may request a transfer of your enrollment to another individual as described in Section 4.
2.2 Infoproducts
Our infoproducts include digital downloads such as e-books, recorded courses, and guides. Access details will be provided upon purchase.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material. After access is granted, infoproducts are final sale and not eligible for refund.
2.3 Physical Goods
NetSmart may offer printed materials or branded merchandise. Delivery terms will depend on your location and the chosen shipping option.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of receipt if the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement unless the error is on our part.
3. Refund Policy
To request a refund, please complete our contact form with your order details. Refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, funds will be credited to the original payment source within 14 business days of approval.
- Live Workshops and Coaching: Non-refundable but transferable as per Section 4.
- Infoproducts: Eligible within 30 days if no access has been granted.
- Physical Goods: Eligible within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
4. Transfer of Service
If you are unable to attend or participate in a scheduled workshop or coaching session, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying NetSmart via the contact form at least 5 business days prior to the start date. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
5. Modifications to Terms
NetSmart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of our offerings after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
